It was our first visit and we loved everything! We got there just before a rush started and our server was so friendly even though she was clearly getting very busy. The food was amazing and we'll definitely be back to try more!

We've never had a bad meal here. My fiance and I often come to the Roof Hound. He usually gets the Southern Chicken Burger, while I get the nachos or the blue cheese kettle chips. The food is great. The drinks are cold. The service has always been attentive. They have gluten free options (but not all are labeled on the menu, so ask if you're interested!) The only complaint we have is it can get quite loud, and hot in that little room.
I enjoyed my lunch so much on Tuesday I returned for a second meal two days later! I’m only sorry that I hadn’t eaten here on previous visits to Kingston. The most hospitable owner took care of us on our first visit and advised us that all of their food is made from scratch. We tried the special street corn chicken tacos as well as the fish tacos. Both were well prepared with excellent ingredients and very nicely seasoned. The sides of Caesar salad and fries were similarly delicious. We were so impressed with the food that we also ordered the churro bites which were a wonderful, shareable end to a great lunch. I neglected to take any photos of the food, but returned on Thursday to order the enormous fried chicken sandwich with a side of tomato soup. Both were again excellent and it was so pleasant to receive such consistently delicious food and warm service on our second visit. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable, too. I will absolutely return on my next visit to Kingston.
